Land, houses and premises of any kind can be appraised with TasaPlus, a program created to make the work easier for appraisers, who have the possibility of customising the software so that it works on the basis of various criteria of their own: price per square metre, valuation of the location, taxes, and so on.
Each type of sale can be configured, from a small apartment or studio to a luxurious mansion and business premises. All of them can be viewed in the TasaPlus interface by accessing the individual files that include plans, photographs and, of course, the final appraisal obtained based on all the criteria previously defined by you.
To add documents you can choose to scan them directly and insert them into the tabs. In this way all important data will be taken into account when valuing a property or land.
